At Darlytte, each order is handled with care and attention to detail. We take pride in maintaining the highest quality standards for every garment we ship.
As a policy, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products once sold. Our collections are crafted and dispatched after thorough quality checks to ensure they meet your expectations.
However, in the rare case that your order requires a size or minor fit adjustment, we offer alteration services:
Within India: Alterations will be completed and dispatched within 7 working days from the date of receiving the garment back.
International Orders: Alterations are not a possibility due to logistics and customs processes.
All alteration requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving the order by contacting our Customer Care team:
Goods must be returned for alteration in their original condition and packaging, with all tags intact. The shipping cost for sending the garment back to us will be borne by the client, while Darlytte will cover the cost of shipping the altered garment back to you.
Please Note:
- As our garments are crafted with artisanal techniques, slight variations in color, texture, or print are natural and not considered defects.
- Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted.
