Shipping & Payments

We ship all our packages through major logistics companies (Delhivery, Bluedart, DHL, UPS, Fedex, Aramex). All products are packaged with care.

We provide shipping worldwide. Domestic shipments have all duties/taxes pre-paid. However, for international shipments, duty/taxes as prevalent at the destination country might be payable to the courier company or one’s customs authority, prior to receipt of the delivery.

Ready goods are shipped within 2–3 working days. For made-to-order pieces, please refer to the product page for timelines. Transit times might vary from 2–10 days depending upon destination and government restrictions for the movement of parcels/couriers.

Tracking details for your orders are sent via email upon dispatch. Only after dispatch of your order will your account’s order status page reflect any change. You can also visit the webpage (link provided in the email) to manually check your order status.

Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before returning it to us. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including your zip code and a valid mobile number. This ensures faster and smoother delivery.

Payments

We accept all major Debit and Credit Cards, along with Net Banking and UPI options across all major banks. Payments are processed securely through our third-party gateway, Razorpay, for both domestic and international transactions.

Darlytte and its website do not store or save your credit or debit card details.
