Shipping & payments
We ship worldwide. All products are packaged with care. Domestic shipments have all duties/taxes pre-paid. For international shipments, duty/taxes as prevalent at the destination country may be payable to the courier or customs authority prior to delivery.
Ready goods are shipped within 2–3 working days. For made-to-order pieces, refer to the product page for timelines. Tracking details are sent via email upon dispatch — you can also visit the tracking link in your email to check status manually.
Our logistics partners will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to us. Please provide a complete shipping address including your zip code and a valid mobile number for faster delivery.
