Darlytte is a fashion label owned and operated by Geisha Designs Pvt. Ltd. All products sold under the Darlytte brand name are subject to these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.

Darlytte reserves the right to correct any such inaccuracies and to update or change product information, prices, or availability without prior notice.

Pricing & Currency

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic customers. For international orders, prices will be displayed in the local currency (or USD/Euros/GBP), or you can choose the currency from the tab based on your location. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Note: The prices quoted do not include any local duties or taxes applicable in your destination country. Exchange rates are determined by your payment provider and may vary.

International Orders

We offer global shipping. Delivery timelines and shipping charges vary by destination and will be clearly indicated during checkout (or by email after order confirmation). International customers (outside India) are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their respective countries.

Indemnity

Breach of Terms

In the event you are found to be in breach of the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy or other rules and policies, or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide, or if it is believed that your actions may cause legal liability for you, other users, or us, we may without prior notice immediately limit your activity, remove your information, temporarily/indefinitely suspend, terminate or block your membership, and/or refuse to provide you with access to this website.

Any user that has been suspended or blocked may not register or attempt to register with us or use the website in any manner whatsoever until such time that such user is reinstated by us.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be construed and the legal relations between you and Darlytte (a brand owned and operated by Geisha Designs Pvt. Ltd.) shall be determined and governed in accordance with the laws of India.

If any dispute arises between you and Darlytte and/or Geisha Designs Pvt. Ltd. in relation to your use of the website, purchase of any product, or your dealings with the brand, including but not limited to issues concerning the validity, interpretation, implementation, or breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions and/or the Privacy Policy, such dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

You hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the said courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
